October 8th 2009


The view from one of our windows. I love watching this tree in all seasons but I think it is particularly lovely in the autumn sunshine.

    Hi Elcmae

    It is nice to have a marker tree that you can watch the seasons by. I have the cormorant tree, and while it does not change in leaf it changes colour with the guano build up between rains...it's my rain gauge tree...or drought gauge tree...

    The soft autumn light is lovely on your tree. My tree doesn't change colour with seasons but it looses some leaves when it is dry and gets more dense foliage when wet. Enjoy your retirement....its fun.
