The first meal from my new Crockpot! Slow cooking is new
to me but I can see it becoming a firm favourite.

    Interesting! I've been reading about crockpots - or rather people using them - and am considering getting one. I just don't know if I'd use it very much so I'll watch and learn from you ;-)

    I do love my slow cooker. Nice in the winter for soups, stews and casseroles but also lovely in summer because they don't really put out much heat!
